PAYMENT

Q. What type of payment do you accept?

A. Payment is accepted via any major credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) and through PayPal. PayPal is a secure payment processer that allows you to pay with any major credit card, debit card or PayPal account.

Q. Will my card be charged when I buy the items or when they ship?

A. Your card will be charged at time of purchase. Orders cannot be fulfilled or shipped until payment has cleared. If payment does not clear with 2 business days, the order will be canceled.

SHIPPING & LEAD TIMES

Q. I live outside the United States, can I still place an order with you?

A. Absolutely! We ship worldwide. But please order early! International orders take a minimum 2 weeks to arrive, after it is shipped. More info on lead times here. Shipping rates will vary by country. At times there are international shipping restrictions. Please see the Announcements section for a list of any countries that we are not currently shipping to.

Q. I need my order in a hurry! How long will it take to get to me?

A. If you live in the US, it can take can anywhere from 3 – 7 days to get to you depending on where you live. Need it faster? Rush shipping options are available during checkout including Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express (1-3 days delivery). If you live outside the US, here is a general delivery time guideline…Canada, Mexico = 1-2 weeks, Europe, South America = 2-3 weeks, all other countries 3-4 weeks. Rush shipping for non-US countries begins at $35, and can be arranged by special request here. Please note: these are SHIPPING TIMES not LEAD TIMES. To see how long you order will take to ship check current lead times. Please keep in mind that the US Postal Service may take longer to deliver than expected (especially on orders outside the US where delivery can get slowed by customs). Shine Bridal is not responsible for delays in shipping times. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

RETURN POLICY

Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?

A. Quantity orders (more than 3 of the same item) and bridal party orders are made-to-order just for you! Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for shipment. If you need it sooner, please notify the shop BEFORE ordering (here) and we may be able to accommodate. Ready-to-wear items and single quantity orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days, unless rush service is requested (here). Orders may ship much quicker than stated times, but due to current high volume, it cannot be guaranteed without purchase of a rush service.

GIFT WRAPPING

Q. Do your items come in a gift box?

A. All jewelry items arrive in a pretty gift box with satin ribbon, ready for giving. At this time, tote bags are not availble for gift wrapping.

Q. I’m mailing this as a gift…Can you please add a note? Is pricing info included in packaging?

A. We can certainly add a note with your gift! Please select the type of note you’d like to add from our Add-On section. There is no pricing info or packing slips included in ANY orders (except wholesale retail orders), making each shipment ready for gift-giving!

CUSTOMIZATION

Q. I need an jewelry item in a different color crystal and in silver instead of gold…Is that possible?

A. Absolutely! We specialize in creating jewelry in custom color palettes to match your special day. All jewelry can be made in both silver and gold (unless otherwise stated). And all jewelry items can be customized in any color. Contact a designer with your request and we’d be happy to help!

Q. I need 6 of your necklaces, but the style I wants says only 4 available. Can you make more?

A. Yup, just let us know that you need more, by contacting us with the link to the product, or the product name, and we’d be happy to set up a custom listing for you.

Q. Can your earrings be made as clip-ons?

A. Sure, we can do that! Clip-ons are available in silver plated and gold plated metals and can be added to your order in the Add-On section.

Q. I’d rather have my dangle earrings attached to a post, instead of a hook. Is that possible?

A. No problem! Post earrings are available in sterling silver and 14 karat gold filled. They can be added to your order in the Add-On section.

Q. I have a junior bridesmaid and flower girl. Can you make them some jewelry to match the older girls?

A. Yes, we love making mini-me sets! Browse the Flower Girl sets here. If you need something special-made, please contact us with the link to the product, or the product name that you’d like a “mini-version” of and we’d be happy to help.

Q. Is your jewelry hypo-allergenic?

A. Unless otherwise stated, all ear wires are nickel-free and hypoallergenic. Any ear wire can be upgraded to pure 14 karat gold. To upgrade, visit the Add-On section.

Q. I’d like to add a personalized initial stamp or monogram to each jewelry necklace. Do you offer that?

A. Absolutely! All necklaces and bracelets can be customized with initial-stamped metal charms. They can be added to your order in the Add-On section.

Q. I’m not sure which color would be best for my bridesmaid dresses. Can you help?

A. We’d love to! Shine Bridal offers you the unique opportunity to speak with the designer who will be making your order. Contact a designer to get product insights and second opinions.

Q. I don’t know what necklace length to choose. Can you help?

A. Please see Fit Guide below. As a guideline…18 inch length is standard for most adults. 16 inch is perfect for teens and adults with petite builds. If you need a necklace in a custom length or a second opinion, we can help! Please contact us with your request.

BRIDAL PARTY TEST ITEMS

Q. I’m not sure which colors will be the best match for my dress. Can I buy one item to test it out?

A. We understand the importance of getting it just right! Shine Bridal offers a unique bridal “test pair” policy that allows you to purchase up to 3 items at a time. Keep the items that work for you and return the ones that don’t for a full refund (shipping is not refunded). Conditions: You must notify us at time of purchase that they are “TEST” items. Items must be in original condition and must be postmarked for return within 5 DAYS OF THE DAY YOU RECEIVED IT otherwise the return cannot be accepted.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A. Due to the handmade, custom nature of each item we can not accept returns, but would be happy to help with a product exchange to help you find something that is just right. Exchanges can be accepted within 5 days of receiving the items. Contact us as quickly as possible and we'll walk you througth it. Shipping charges are not refundable. On exchanges, you must cover the shipping charges on you replacement items. If you are at all dissatified with yout order will wil make it right. And will glady repair, replace or exchange when necessary and within reason. To exchange please contact us to get the process started.

WHOLESALE

Q. I would love to sell your items in my boutique! Do you offer wholesale?

A. Absolutely! We sell our handmade jewelry, accessory and gift items at wholesale to online shops and brick-and-mortar boutiques. You can place a wholesale inquiry here. Décor items are not available at wholesale at this time.

Q. I have a large bridal party…Do you offer any bulk/quantity discounts?

A. Any availble promos/discounts can be found in our shop banner above. We do not regularly provide "bulk" or "quantity" discounts to non-wholesale cusotmers, but we do often run frequent promos and flash sales. Don't miss out! OFFICE HOURS

Q. I just emailed you with a question about my order. When can I expect a response?

A. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8am – 6pm PST. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and all major US holidays. All customer inquiries sent Monday – Friday will be responded to within 24 hours. For requests made on a Saturday or Sunday, please allow up to 1-3 days response time. All packages ship Monday-Friday. There are no shipments made on Saturday, except by special request.

GENERAL

Q. Your shop is so unique! Are all of your items handmade?

A. Yes, all of our jewelry, accessories, and gift items are Shine Bridal branded. Each Shine Bridal item is designed and handmade with love in the USA. The Décor items featured on our site are not Shine Bridal branded. Rather, it is a carefully curated collection featuring top wedding décor designs from around the world.

Q. How do I care for my jewelry?

A. There are a few ways to ensure that you can get the most out of your jewelry purchase. Chemical exposure and moisture can tarnish metals. It is best not wear jewelry swimming, showering and avoid contact with harsh soaps or perfume sprays, as you would with fine jewelry. To clean the 14 karat gold or sterling silver metals you may use standard metal polish. Do not expose crystals, stone, pearl to the polish as it will dull them. To clean stones, crystals, etc please use a slightly damp cloth only. To maintain the vivacity of color in the crystals, store them in a cool dark place, away from direct sunlight. For storage, it is best to keep jewelry in a small plastic bag for safe keeping.

Customs Import Taxes and VAT:

Some non-US countries charge an import tax or VAT on incoming packages. Shine Bridal is not responsible for any fee incurred at customs – it is solely the customer’s responsibility. Please be aware of your country’s local laws prior to ordering.

Service Refusal:

As a retailer, Shine Bridal reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at anytime. An order can be canceled and refunded at will. If a transaction if suspected to be fraudulent, or if payment does not clear, the order will be canceled immediately.

Privacy Policy:

Shine Bridal respects the privacy of each and every customer and will never sell or share any customer information with a 3rd party. Shine Bridal may use your email address to send you insider emails containing exclusive news and sales events. You may unsubscribe at any time.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

International Shipping Restrictions:

Due to customs delays and shipping issues, Shine Bridal is currently not shipping to the following countries: China, India, or the Middle East (except Dubai).
